Positive Caesarean Workshop

Having a Caesarean Birth can be a hugely positive experience, there are so many choices that you can make to ensure that you feel a part of the experience.You will learn how you can plan for a gentle and positive caesarean birth in this 3hr Workshop.This workshop is here to support a woman and her birth partner in planning for a positive elective caesarean birth. Whether you have already attended a Hypnobirthing course and you were planning to birth vaginally but your circumstances have now changed or you are electing to have a caesarean birth for personal choice or a medical reason this workshop is for you. It may feel like you no longer have any options for your birth if you are planning an elective caesarean birth. We are here to tell you this just isn’t the case. There are still many things for you to consider and many steps you can take to prepare for a positive caesarean birth experience. During this workshop we will look at exactly what you can expect during the caesarean birth, how to prepare and how to support recovery afterwards.

Pregnancy Relaxation Programme

A wonderful weekly class giving you the space and time to connect with other pregnant women, learn some wonderful tools and techniques and of course relax. We love to provide the space, time and opportunity for pregnant women to relax, learn some great information and meet other pregnant women. What will we do? A weekly catch up followed by some wonderful mindful breathing, then a gorgeous relaxation followed by a discussion about one of the following topics:

About Me

My name is Heather, I am married with two crazy children and a rather large puppy based in Frimley, Surrey.

For the last 12 years I have been teaching swimming from babies to adults working in different settings. I love my job, and enjoy seeing swimmers confidence grow and that moment when they first do an unaided swim is amazing

In 2015 I qualified as Aquanatal Yoga Instructor. Teaching these classes and chatting with my clients, made me start thinking about my own children's births and how I could have had more of a calmer experience. This when I discovered how incredible hypnobirthing can be. It gives practical tools and techniques to support you in having a calm and relaxed pregnancy and labour.

I am passionate about supporting birthing people to become calmer, connected, relaxed and fully informed about their birth options.
